Security will be present from Thursday , September 28 through Sunday, October 1, 7:00 PM.

 

DISPLAY AREA: Display areas/vendor booth sizes are listed above. Vendors must provide their own display set-up: tent, panels, table, chairs, etc. Tents or coverings must be self-supported. Drilling or puncturing street surfaces is strictly prohibited.

  • All bulk space exhibits and booths must be attended/manned during all show hours.
  • No Electricity is available.
  • Bulk exhibitors and booth vendors are responsible for their own move-in and move-out. Pro Watercross and Riviera Marina management does not offer storage.
  • Bulk exhibitors and booth vendors are responsible for bringing their own display equipment (i.e. tables, chairs, EZ-Ups, stairs, backdrops, signage, etc.).
  • All exhibitors are required to abide by all local regulations pertaining to licenses and permits. In addition, all exhibitors must have business liability insurance.
  • No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed at the Hydro Expo. Food, beverage, and beer will be available for sale on-site during regular show hours.

BOOTH SPACE APPLICATION DUE NOW with DEPOSIT THROUGH JULY 31, 2023

Applications received on or before July 31, 2023 with the required one-half deposit will be eligible for the “Early Bird” space rate. Applications received after August 1, 2023 will be subject to “Base” rates and seniority space assignment consideration is void.

 

BALANCE OF BOOTH SPACE COST - DUE IN FULL, SEPTEMBER 1, 2023.

In the event an exhibitor wishes to cancel a space reservation, that must be done prior to September 1, 2023 in order to receive a full refund. No refunds of any payments after September 2, 2023.

 

BOOTH SPACE APPLICATIONS MAY BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY OR BY MAIL (print-out the PDF form, fill-out and return -- a Water Expo floorplan is also available online for viewing.

 

ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID LAKE HAVASU CITY BUSINESS LICENSE AND TPT NUMBER. THIS MUST BE SHOWN TO HYDRO EXPORT MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO SETTING UP YOUR DISPLAY!

 

TENT WEIGHTS:  To protect not only the vendor’s merchandise, but also that of neighboring vendors, Pro Watercross requires that all tents must be securely weighted down.  Failure to comply could result in removal from the event without a refund of application fees.   Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and all tents must have a “Certificate of Flame Resistance” and a minimum of one fully charged fire extinguisher within the booth/vending area.

 

LIABILITY: Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages of property or any other injury, claim, damage, or loss of whatever nature, arising directly or indirectly from activities at a Pro Watercross event. Vendor shall indemnify, save, and hold harmless Pro Watercross, UWP, LLC, its affiliates, its members, their employees, agents, and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of injury to person or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense arising from activities at the Event. Pro Watercross/UWP, LLC are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen vendor property.

 

ACCEPTED APPLICATIONS: Vendor application will not be considered complete without proof of insurance, permits and payment. Vendors will be accepted for participation in the event on a first come, first served basis. Locations are at the sole discretion of the Vendor Coordinator. A copy of this form will be sent to you and serve as an acceptance and receipt. Pro Watercross/UWP, LLC reserves the right to decline acceptance of any application or to ask any vendor to leave the event if they have misrepresented information on this application, or if their product or conduct is deemed inappropriate to this family-oriented event.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: This event will be held rain or shine, there is no rain date, and no refunds will be issued. Pro Watercross reserves the right in their sole discretion, to cancel the event, in whole or part, due to inclement weather and no refund will be issued.

 

By signing the application form, whether through elctronically acceptence, digital signature or on paper, vendor acknowledge that they have read, understand, and will abide by the policies outlined in the application. Vendor understand that failure to follow these regulations can mean expulsion from a Pro Watercross event or future events.
