PRO WATERCROSS INTERNATIONAL CUP VENDOR WAIVER AND RELEASE STATEMENT

In consideration of being granted the opportunity to participate as a vendor at the Pro Watercross International Cup, I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following waiver and release statement:

1.      Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating as a vendor at the Pro Watercross International Cup involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and theft. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to hold harmless Pro Watercross and its organizers from any liability arising from such risks.

2.      Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Pro Watercross, its organizers, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation as a vendor at the Pro Watercross International Cup. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, and loss or theft of merchandise.

3.      Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and defend Pro Watercross, its organizers, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, suits, or actions, as well as any associated costs, expenses, or attorney fees, arising from or related to my participation as a vendor at the Pro Watercross International Cup.

4.      Compliance with Laws and Regulations: I understand that as a vendor, I am responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits, including but not limited to health and safety requirements, tax obligations, and licensing requirements. I agree to assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from my failure to comply with such laws and regulations.

5.      Insurance: I acknowledge that Pro Watercross does not provide insurance coverage for vendors. It is my sole responsibility to obtain and maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect myself, my property, and my merchandise during my participation at the Pro Watercross International Cup.

6.      Use of Likeness: I grant Pro Watercross the right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event that may include my likeness, for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation to me.

By checking the box YES on the online vendor application page, I agree that I have read and understood this waiver and release statement in its entirety, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. I acknowledge that this agreement is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
